Troy Edgar the current Mayor of Los Alamitos. Holy shit, poor Los Alamitos. I went to some debates last week between this Troy Edgar and office potential Travis Allen.  Tony is a very astute businessman who wants no new taxes and smaller government.  Both are running for State Senate (a 12 year term in Sacholemento). You ever see something in a person that you've read or heard about but never thought you'd see in person? I witnessed an actual arrogant Sachole with a side of douche nozzle turn into a slithering snake right before my eyeballs!  I thought I needed a shower.  Let's get into this debate a little with some of my favorite highlights of the event:
Allen big issue is no taxes, feels Californian's are taxed enough and was very indignant about prop DD - This DD prop. is about installing a utility tax which will raise cell phone usage from 0 to a 5% increase.   Edgar is evidently pushing this along. Edgar stated that DD decreases the TUT (telephone utility tax) from current 6% to 5% which is not an increase, it's a decrease-however it's for land lines he never did mention cell phones. Allen states that he signed The Taxpayer Protection Pledge (TPP states you promise not to raise taxes, and yes, I have a signed copy dated 5/15/12) but, Edgar has not and will not sign. Edgar stated he did sign something (I didnt hear what he said) regarding no tax pledge but, according to him, "signing a TPP doesn't matter-only those with experience know that", One of my very favorite moments was when Edgar piped up that there is a difference between taxes and fees in that packed room of taxpaying KFI listeners - after the boos subsided, moderator, Deborah Pauly asked both how they felt about Prop. 32 (against special interests).  Both were for it. Conceal licenses should be adopted-both agreed that there shouldn't be any gun control. Both felt pensions are out of control and California cant afford it, but honestly Edgar didn't seem as enthusiastic as Allen about this issue.  Edgar stated he is endorsed by unions but has not received money from any, is endorsed by Moorlach, Royce, Silva, Harmon, Sheriff and the DA and felt endorsements only come to a person who is trusted (If only I had heels on my shoe, that would hurt more if I was to lob it over).  Allen is endorsed by a couple council members who were present. Another big issue was when Allen was asked about endorsements, he brought up OC Weekly's story by R. Scott Moxley and how mailers were made using corporate funds by Edgar, which Edgar tried to deny and say he printed himself to Moxley - but there is evidence and he had the receipts showing he printed them up professionally. Edgar was offered a rebuttal, which he refused, again, in a packed room of taxpaying citizens, stating Allen's comment wasn't worth an answer. Allen called him a criminal and that the people deserved to hear the answer. Drowning out Edgar's wife's snickers, Moderator Deborah stated SHE would ask the questions, so Edgar never answered that. The last question of the night came from someone in the room written on a card and read by moderator, it was: “What 2 bills would be the first you would work on if elected” Allen answered lowering taxes/incentives to bring businesses back to California as reforming the regulations is needed.  Edgar answered in garbled legalese that sounded like double talk and never directly answered the question.  The ass-hat Edgar took every opportunity to let Allen know how much more experience he's amassed in politics and the office of senate could only be run successfully by someone with experience (by admission, Edgar has a whopping 6 years experience). I went up to Deborah Pauly after the debate and asked her why she wouldn't let Edgar answer the question about who paid for the mailers and she told me, she didn't have enough time as she wanted to squeeze in as many questions as possible. Please people in the 72nd district, I wouldn't vote for Edgar as HOA treasurer. Just another dirty Sachole, in my view.

The Hendersons of Pasadena

I would like to reprint this story written by Copblock (click on Copblock for the story) a few months ago, of a Pasadena couple who's 6 children, ages baby to 7 or 8 years, were ripped from them by the LA Children and Family services a couple years ago because of one person's phone call and for something they didn't do, (yes it was confirmed by the courts that the charges were bogus), as it's been getting some attention recently by a friend of mine who has a radio ministry and hopefully, hopefully, a good size media organization will pick this up and help. Reminds me of Nazi Germany, but it's right here in the Southland. Oh, by the way, the parents still don't have their children back today and the dad told my radio friend the other day that his kids are being raised by people who don't speak english, "but at least, he said, they are learning spanish" something he and his wife weren't able to do for them.

Schwarzenegger Off The Hook By Crazy Judge

The ruling regarding the legality of that little goodbye present that Schwarzenegger gave before he left office last year was today, you know the one where he arrogantly gave his middle finger to the parents of 22-year-old college student Luis Santos, killed by his buddy Fabio Nunez's son, Esteban, by reducing his sentence from 16 years down to 7 years. The issue was that Santo's parents were never advised that Schwartzy was going to do this thus violating Marsy's Law, which requires families be notified about cases involving their loved ones. The nut judge, Lloyd Connelly of Sacramento, ruled that former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger didn't break any laws when he cut the manslaughter sentence for the son of a political ally just hours before leaving office. This judge is the same one who in 2010, ruled to allow a convicted rapist, Steven Martinez, to be allowed to leave jail on compassionate grounds because he had become a quadriplegic after a jailhouse fight- http://www.metnews.com/articles/2010/mart040710.htm This ruling was overturned by the Third District Court of Appeal - who most likely thought Lloyd Connelly was a few sandwiches short of a picnic also. Connelly was a democrat politician who sat in California State Assembly from 1982-92 prior to becoming a superior court judge for Sacramento. When he left office, there was a new Sachole in town to take over for him by the name of Vivien Bronshvag, who was know around the political arena as "the duchess" because of her treatment of others as serfs.

Conclusion to The Steven Chavez Lodge Saga

The hearing was today to determine if Sachole, Steven Lodge could turn into Steven Chavez Lodge on the ballot and if he could use "retired police officer" in his title for a bid for a City Council seat. Well, yes and no, ruled the judge, since judgy suddenly remembered Steve used the Chavez Lodge name in his court once....Steven Albert Chavez Lodge, businessman, goes onto ballot, I thought the damn rule stated by the Registrar of Voters rep, Neal Kelley was "that candidates don't need to use their legal names on the ballot; they must only show that their ballot name is how they are known in the community, even if it is a nickname". Steve Chavez Lodge was used one time in that judge's court and, evidently, that determines the whole community of Anaheim's recognition of him by that name- Hey judge, they all thank ye, want to rub your belly and set fruit by you. Wonder why this judge changed the "retired police officer" status? Could it have anything to do with Steve's past pummeling compulsions? (click on pummeling compulsions for the link) or maybe, just the mere words, "police officer" would cause an outbreak of tourette syndrome from Anaheim citizens. What's up with this absurd judge, BTW? Just sayin. Kudos to my Anaheim friend, Cynthia Ward, for taking on a momumental Sachole by herself and of course, getting Sachole-slime on her. Proud to call you my friend.

Pension Reform, Schmention Reform

Geritol Fossil Brown, the "retread" as Gov. of New Jersey, Chris Christie calls him, is trying to appeal to our senses, on November's ballot to vote for his additional taxes by including those hot ass words, PENSION REFORM. In his laughable and criminal attempt to what he thinks we'll all fall for, is his weak sauce crack at what he calls "pension reform", he and the out of touch ninny's he brainstorms with have come up with. The "pension reform" he refers to, AB 340, authored by democrat Assemblyman, Warren Furutani of Gardena, would only affect those hired after 1/1/2013 and those that make over $110,100 a year (4% of government workers make this or more), it consists of putting a cap on how much money they can put toward their pension, but fails to mention a breakdown of what this cap would be, they would be required to pay 50% toward their pension and the retirement age is supposedly upped but there is no formal mention of what this "age" is supposed to be upped to, either. Jeeze-another insincere ploy by these dingberries, who think we are stupid. At best, this "reform" will save $146 million next year in pensions, California total pension issue is $240 billion a year for government/state workers and $485 billion a year for teachers. Cough, cough, and even this lying, moronic package got "loud objections" from the unions. NO TAXES FOSSIL-read my lips.

Judging a Sachole Book by It's Cover

Oy. Two things I'm sensitive to are the smells of fresh brewed coffee and a Sachole, my friend, has a Sachole exhibiting Sacholist behavior in her town of Anaheim, running for City Council 2012, that she filed suit to stop. The recent 9 days of protests and riotings sparked by the shooting death by police of Manuel Diaz have triggered assorted crybabies, bigots and opportunists to play the race card by claiming the city of Anaheim purposely doesn't have hispanics in government offices, citing there are no Latinos on the council... and four of the five council members live in the posh and ritzy, Anaheim Hills, according to the Orange County Register. One of those opportunists/Sachole's is Steve Lodge-that's right, Steve Lodge, as he's been known professionally for years, all of a sudden as a guy who's running for Anaheim City Council - the place with no latinos on the Council, decides he's all proud of his heritage and ethnicity and is going to use an ancient surname that he's never used before-CHAVEZ, and intends to put it on the ballot. Steven Chavez Lodge. Look, it is a potential "big deal" because Loretta Sanchez changed her last name from Brixey to Sanchez after failing to gain a seat on the Anaheim City Council in 1994, in a successful 1996 congressional campaign-and she's a sack of hole if ever there was one. More recently, former Capistrano School Board member Ken Maddox adopted his wife's surname, Lopez, to further his political ambitions of Sacholery. Registrar of Voters Neal Kelley said that candidates don't need to use their legal names on the ballot; they must only show that their ballot name is how they are known in the community, even if it is a nickname. Yeah, let's see how many people he hasn't bribed will say "Steve Lodge" and not "Steve Chavez Lodge".

Anthony Sanchez Caught Beating Son on Video

An outraged neighbor, Oscar Lopez, filmed the incident from inside his home and knew he had to step in.
"That's enough. I'm having a (expletive) problem with you for beating the (expletive) out of him because he won't catch the damn ball," Lopez tells the angry stepfather.

Sanchez asks if he knows his son.

"I don't know your son but I'm watching you. I'm a (expletive) father too," Lopez says.

"Why don't you come over here and teach me?" Sanchez replies.

Lopez posted the video online and gave it to authorities. Sanchez, who is the director of the Imperial Irrigation District, turned himself in to authorities on Friday and posted a $100,000 bond.

Beck Tries Hard to Take It Upon Himself to Advocate for His Tribe

The Los Angeles police officers' union has sued the city and police chief over a new policy that allows some unlicensed drivers to keep their cars instead of having them impounded for 30 days. Why? because it opens the officers up to lawsuits.

Bung Hole Beck's claim is that impound charges are unfairly costing these hard-working illegal aliens hundreds of dollars.
Never mind that these "hard working people" are in America, illegally, the Latino civil rights activists have complained!

The self-proclaimed ruler of California and superhero to all illegal aliens and their supporters, Charlie Beck, announced that LAPD will soon start ignoring California state law, which requires police to impound the vehicles of unlicensed drivers for 30 days – because it is “unfair” to illegal aliens!

That’s right. Chief Know It All, Charlie Beck actually said “It’s about fairness” to illegals.
Beck says that the majority of unlicensed motorists in L.A. are “immigrants” who are in the country illegally and have low-income jobs. Therefore, according to Beck, the state’s impound law is unfair because it limits their ability to get to their jobs and imposes a steep fine to get their car.

I guess chief "Google" Beck forgot (or, rather, doesn't give a rat's ass) that it is against Federal law for illegal aliens to obtain employment in any state. These laws are there to punish existing law-breakers and also deter potential illegals from seeking employment.

Beck is serving his true constituency – illegal aliens and their La Raza protector Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa.

So while citizen drivers without a license elsewhere in California will lose their cars, illegal aliens in L.A. will have nothing to worry about – if the state and Feds do nothing about it

According to a 2011 AAA study titled “Unlicensed to Kill” unlicensed drivers are five times more likely to be involved in fatal crashes and more likely to flee the scene of a crime.

ZD Helps "Outing" L.A. City Attorney Carmen Trutanich

Our boy Zuma Dogg looks horrible these days. In a recent photo on his blog, the city's premier political truth-out agent of fear, has a long scraggly beard and is basically looking malnourished.  His twitter posts spark genuine concern whether this guy will make to December 21st.  Anyway, he currently works FOR YOU by helping spread stories of political corruption.  Most recently he elaborates on an L.A. Times article exposing the 2012 mayoral front-runner in the City of Angels.

Seems Trutanich is acting like a bitch, and recently in publicly naming his official sponsors, it came out that said sponsors were not even aware of their status as "sponsor" of Trutanich for Mayor of Los Angeles. In other words, there's some pissed off folks who are calling this fool out.

A Change of Sachole Guards

Minority GOP Caucus Leader, Bob Huff of Diamond Bar is all set to replace the current office that is held by Bob Dutton of Rancho Cucamonga of GOP Senate Republican Leader,
Dutton announced Friday, December 23rd, that he was stepping down in January.

Huff still needs the minority caucus to vote (which he is the head of) but claims the office is as good as his (kinda of saw visions of flys rubbing their feet together)- way to be cocky, deceitful, knuckle dragging hack.

Bob Huff is one of the bucked tooth horses that voted with other Clydesdales under the Schwarzenegger regime to increase taxes in February of 2009, thinking this would stop Pterodactyls from swooping out of the sky and killing Californians.

Remember the John and Ken revolt in Corona in May of that year?
Huff was on the list to be recalled at that time -papers were served to him however, there weren't enough signatures on the petition to qualify this attempt to recall, so he stayed in office.

Huff is trying to redeem himself in 2011 by yelling "transparency in Government is needed"
(but I guess he didn't feel that way in 2009 when that eggplant secretly voted for tax increases)
He is now recently quoted regarding the upcoming budget, "There's always a role, even if we're outside the door banging on it. We're willing to work with him (Brown) if he's willing to."
And is the proud papa of senate bill 719 which will require State departments to show what was paid to them in database form for all to see.

Jerry Brown-holian and his gang of mental patients have shown little desire to reopen budget talks with republicans as under a new law Democrats can pass the budget on their own.

In order for local officials to collect compensation for simultaneous or serial meetings, a clerk or member of the legislative body must VERBALLY announce any compensation or stipend an official will receive as a result of a second meeting.

Regarding a new policy to go into effect, perhaps at the beginning of the year -At this time, unlicensed Drivers, if stopped have to deal with the fact that it is authorized that the car can be impounded for 30 days.

But now, the vice president of Mexico, Villar (AKA Mayor of LA and ex union leader) and his Compadre, the human suppository -
Charlie Beck, secretary of state for Mexico (AKA-LAPD chief), under pressure from a favorite charity of theirs, "Advocates for Immigrant rights",

have devised some new policy which was created by these two fucksocks that will allow illegal aliens without licenses to call someone in the event they are stopped by police who has a license to drive their car home so it doesn't get towed, this way they won't have to pay thousands of dinaro to get it out of impound and they will be free once again to drive the streets without a license to a job they are working at illegally-
however, if someone with a license (like you or me) who has, say, gotten a few tickets but the license is suspended due to non payment of these, and is pulled over, well, that person is, oh, fucked.. the car will get towed.

Why bother getting a driver license? you dont need one if you are illegal-
In fact, why bother being legal?

who needs all that testing and paying of fees-
